A Barbarian build optimized for Diablo 3 Inferno difficulty prioritizing sustained DPS and survivability. This Barbarian build utilizes Frenzy with Maniac and Ancient Spear for damage. Survivability through damage mitigation is provided by Leap with Iron Impact, Ignore Pain, War Cry with Impunity and Nerves of Steel. Survivability through health regeneration is provided by Ignore Pain with Ignorance is Bliss and Ancient Spear with Dread Spear enhanced by Ruthless and No Escape. The passive Nerves of Steel can be exchanged for Berserker Rage to exploit the massive surplus of Fury this Barbarian build generates.

Diablo 3 Barbarian Build: Inferno Farming Spec

A Barbarian build optimized for Diablo 3 Inferno farming combining damage mitigation with hard hitting DPS skills. This Barbarian build utilizes a rotation prioritizing Cleave with Broad Sweep and Furious Charge with Dreadnought for AOE dps and Fury generation, Ground Stomp for crowd-control and Revenge with Provocation for massive AOE damage. Damage mitigation is provided by War Cry with Impunity buffed by Inspiring Presence. Nerves of Steel and Tough as Nails further add to survivability. However, the passive skills can be exchanged to better suit your style of play or adapt to specific situations.

Diablo 3 Barbarian Builds: Bash - Ancients Normal Difficulty

A Dual Wield Barbarian build optimized for Diablo 3 Normal difficulty combining burst DPS with survivability. This Barbarian build utilizes a rotation initialized by Ancient Spear and prioritizing Bash as Fury Generator to set up Hammer of the Ancient as main damage dealing Fury Spender skill. Use Leap and Threatening Shout to regenerate Fury and increase Survivability. Additional buffs are provided by Wrath of the Berserker and passives.
Wrath of the Berserker can be replaced by Overpower to rely less on buffs and serve as a second nuke.
